VoiceROI, Inc. (“VoiceROI”, “we”, “us”) builds and runs Digital Workers that answer phones for businesses. This policy explains what we collect on myvoiceroi.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Details you give us in our contact form: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, what your business does, and any message you write.
- Your text message consent choices and when you made them.
- Basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, schedule conversations, provide and improve our services, send the text messages you agreed to receive, and keep our site secure.
Text messaging
If you tick a text message consent box on our contact form, we will send text messages to the mobile number you gave us for the purposes described next to the box you ticked (non-marketing messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders and customer support, and/or marketing messages about our services). Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your text message consent at any time by replying STOP. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights, and we honor them. Email us at carolyne@voiceroi.com and we will respond.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
