By using myvoiceroi.com you agree to these terms. The site gives information about VoiceROI, Inc. and its services. Nothing on it is a contract for services until you sign a written agreement with us.

SMS messaging program

  1. Program description: This messaging program from VoiceROI, Inc. sends SMS notifications, alerts and occasional marketing communication to people who have opted in to receive text messages from VoiceROI, Inc. through the consent checkboxes on the contact form at myvoiceroi.com. Non-marketing messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders, and customer support communications. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them separately, include promotions, offers, news and updates about our services.
  2. Opt-in: The checkboxes on our contact form are optional and are never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without ticking them. We do not text you unless you tick a box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  3. Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP” we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. Support information: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at carolyne@voiceroi.com.
  5. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Message and data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Intellectual property

The VoiceROI name, logo and site content belong to VoiceROI, Inc. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.

No warranties and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, VoiceROI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
